Congress MUST Pass The No REGISTRY Rights Act Immediately!

ATF currently maintains over a billion records of gun sales in a digital, searchable database.

Gun Owners of America exposed this illegal, unconstitutional registry a few years ago, and since then, the registry has only grown larger.

But Congress can do something about this.

They can pass the No REGISTRY Rights Act.

ATF’s illegal registry has been growing while the Department of Justice & Congress refuse to take substantive action to rein in this tyrannical agency.

That has to change.

Congress can put a stop to this unconstitutional, illegal registry once and for all with the No REGISTRY Rights Act.

Introduced in the House by Rep. Michael Cloud & in the Senate by Sen. Jim Risch, the No Retaining Every Gun In A System That Restricts Your Rights Act (No REGISTRY) requires ATF to destroy all of their “out of business records” that built their registry and they use to get around federal law.

In addition, Federal Firearms License holders or dealers would no longer be required to turn over their transaction forms on close of business to ATF.

These forms are exactly how ATF got around the federal prohibition on a gun registry.

Congress must abolish this tyrannical infringement on the Second Amendment.

But we need your help. Let’s pressure Congress to pass the No REGISTRY Rights Act!

Recently, GOA testified before the Senate in support of abolishing the ATF’s illegal registry.

Senators were very responsive, asking numerous questions about ATF’s registry and what could be done about it.

My answer was simple.

Pass the No REGISTRY Rights Act.

Gun Owners know all too well the consequences of allowing the federal government to maintain a registry. We’ve seen it play out throughout history.

Registration ALWAYS leads to confiscation.
