PUEBLO, Colo. — The Pueblo Police Department released dash camera footage showing the arrest ofa motorcyclist driving recklessly, KOAA reported.

The video shows officers following closely behind a group of three motorcyclists as they wove between lanes, popped wheelies and stood on the bikes.
The officers can be heard strategizing, deciding which rider would be the easiest to pull from a bike. Then, as the bikers sat at a red light, the officers tackled one suspect from behind, apparently taking the group completely by surprise.
The other two motorcyclists fled through traffic, while officers took one suspect into custody.
Officers had received multiple complaints from the public regarding the group’s behavior prior to the arrest, according to a statement.
Authorities warned that riders engaging in reckless conduct may face multiple citations. In addition, motorcycles involved in such incidents can be impounded for up to six months at the owner’s expense.
