Staccato has expanded its HD family with a purpose-built carry pistol: the HD C3.6. Brought to market after years of field feedback from the brand’s professional users, the C3.6 pares the HD formula down to a more concealable package without sacrificing the speed, accuracy and controllability the line is known for. The HD C3.6 is Staccato’s first HD carry model. It pairs a 3.6-inch barrel with a compact, ergonomic frame designed to tuck easier for everyday carry while preserving the HD’s signature performance traits.

- TFB Review: The New Staccato C – The Most Flexible Staccato Yet
- The Staccato X Stroup Knives Fixed Blade MK2 Knife
- Staccato HD: New 2011 Pistols with Glock Magazine Compatibility
The pistol ships with two 15-round metal Mec-Gar magazines and incorporates the same modern enhancements Staccato introduced on its full-size HDs – upgrades said to be refined through end-user input and real-world use. In case you want to know what we think about this magazine, we’ve done a full review already (albeit in a Glock, not a Staccato): TFB Review: The 18-Round Glock Metal Magazine By Mec-Gar.
The shortened grip is engineered to accept standard Glock 19 magazines.
As you must have noticed, the sight line is pretty short. There’s a long list of red dots on offer as you order your pistol, and the required mounting kit, mounting, and zeroing is included. That’s quite a nice service. One of the few images with an optic mounted is the one below and it looks quite nice.
Suggested MSRP starts at $2,299. The HD C3.6 will be sold through authorized Staccato dealers. Care for more information? This direct link will take you straight to the action: https://staccato2011.com/products/staccato-hd-c3-6
