All B&Ts in 9mm are great platforms to carry Aimpoint red dots, and I guess that’s the subject of today’s Photo Of The Day. We have the B&T SPC9 with GBRS Group’s Hydra V2 Mount Kit. The kit carries an Aimpoint T-1 and a Steiner DBAL. With its 2.91” optic centerline, this mount sits too high for my preference, but if I were carrying other gear – like Night Vision Goggles – maybe I’d take that back. The suppressor is A-Tec’s SMG suppressor, a fitting name. Top center is Spuhr’s new RDF Aimpoint Flip & Magnifier Mount, with an Aimpoint H-2 and a 3xMAG I think.

Above the options have switched, and the BT& APC9 “Shorty” carries the Aimpoint CompM5b, with a 2 MOA dot and a 39mm (1.53”) optical line. The short suppressor is from B&T Switzerland, and the grip is custom-made based on an old design from H&K. The SPC9 runs the Spuhr RDF with the DBAL, but we ran out of forward rail space in this experiment.
