ALBUQUERQUE, NM (September 12, 2023) – Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced today that it has filed a new Second Amendment lawsuit challenging New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s executive order banning firearm carry in Bernalillo County and Albuquerque.
