SAN DIEGO, CA (June 9, 2023) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a Ninth Circuit response brief in its lawsuit that secured a preliminary injunction against most of the California Unsafe Handgun Act (“UHA”).
