The Second Amendment Foundation is on fire. As it stands now, SAF has more than 50 active lawsuits defending our gun rights throughout the country, and they’re already paying off. We are winning!
We’re seeing a lot of blue states passing post-Bruen “tantrum” laws, which need to be litigated individually, and pro-gun groups are stepping up to the plate to do just that.
Also this week, we explain Florida’s new unlicensed concealed-carry law, and reveal another high-profile Dem who’s violating federal gun laws while the ATFs does nothing.
