Springfield Sports South Two-tone Hellcat pistols
Springfield Armory partnered with Sports South for an exclusive two-toned Hellcat and Hellcat OSP (or Optical Sight Pistol). The two unique Hellcats were specifically designed to be distributed through Sports South’s distributor network.

The Springfield Hellcat and Hellcat OSP (which stands for “Optical Sight Pistol”) have proven themselves to be class-leading concealed carry options. The 3″ barreled micro-compact pistols feature an impressive capacity of 11+1 with their patented magazine and 13+1 with the included extended mag. Both pistol options ship with one 11-round magazine with pinky extension and optional flush-fitting floorplate as well as the 13-round extended magazine.

The unique top slide serrations of the Springfield Hellcat maximize your grip on the slide. While the rear slide cuts on the Hellcat OSP version accept a micro red dot for lightning-fast engagement and unparalleled situational awareness. Both variants of the Hellcat pistol have tritium luminescent front sights with a tactical rack u-notch rear sight.

In addition, the Hellcat OSP version features a removable cover plate that allows direct mounting of a micro red dot in the Springfield Micro footprint for the lowest possible profile. This allows for co-witnessing with the pistol’s U-Dot sight system, made of high visibility tritium and luminescent front sight paired with a tactical rack U-notch rear. The U-Dot sights are offered on both the OSP and standard model.

OSP Two-tone 9mm pistol
The Springfield Hellcat 9mm pistols have black polymer frames with adaptive grip texture for a solid hand feel. Both pistols come in at 18.3 ounces with the flush magazine or 18.6 ounces with the extended magazine. According to the VP of Sales for Springfield, these guns have all the things that made the original Hellcat great in a flashy two-toned stainless steel body. He says both are great for CCW or self-defense.
